After the laser tube is power on, why can’t the control terminal PIN of the laser be in a suspended or high resistance state?

When the laser tube is switch on, it will enter the working state. If the control PIN of the laser tube is in a suspended or high resistance state, then the electrical level on the PIN will stand in an unknown state, which may lead to the following situations:

1. A large number of noise signals on the PIN which get the laser tube damaged.

2. If there is an unknown high level on the PIN, the laser tube may emit beam accidentally, which could directly threatens the personal safety.
